So I bought this headstrap and docking station combo the products seem great in build quality tho it is a litlle hard to wear headphones on top of the head strap and it would have been nice to be able to plug a data cable into the battery and having that run to the headset but i need to unplug the battery to use a dats cable which is a little annoying, also when charging the headset with the dock it needs the rgb light on for some reason which i feel like could be different. But other wise the products are great. But the service is something else first of all shipping takes ages which is fair enough if its shipped from china which some parts are but the delivery service was so confusing by having 4 different sites to track the package and with them all saying something different and some of them not even updating, allso for some weird reason this product is shipped in 2 pieces one from china and one from Germany???? I dont get it. Plus the package from Germany got delayed "because delivery was refused", i was home the date it supposedly should have been delivered so i contacted kiwi support which was kinda helpfull but not really by that i mean they answered really slow and one of the conversations they told me to provide my adresse which they already should have and when i askee where they wanted it provided they just told me to provide it again but not where. And then the most outrageous thing: i was told that if my package was refused delivery again i wouldn't get it even tho i already had half of the product and the first time it wasn't even delivered and they just said that delivery was refused. So all in all okay product but terrible service from all around.
