HELP! The batteries won't recharge!

I've only had this for a month and now the batteries won't recharge!
The part to charge the actual occulus charges fine, but the 2 chargers for the controllers don't work! i have tried switching the batteries to either controller and it's not charging. the light doesn't come on at all to indicate a charge.
Love the idea of this but it's not working!

Almost perfect, almost

The charging dock itself works flawlessly and looks great. But if you have one of the battery straps then this doesn’t play well with it, you need to look at the SPC version (single point charge) it would be nice if KIWI offered a separate magnetic USB-C connector with pass through for us with older Battery straps ;)
