Global Warehousing & Fast Delivery
Most of our products are stored in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses across North America, Australia, Japan, the EU, and the UK, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. For eligible orders, we prioritize shipment from FBA warehouses to provide shorter delivery times.
If your shipping address is outside the FBA warehouse coverage, your order will be shipped directly from our China warehouse. Please note that direct shipments may have longer delivery times depending on your destination country and logistics provider.
Estimated Delivery Time
- FBA Warehouse Shipment (North America, Australia, Japan, EU, UK, etc.): Estimated 3-5 business days (varies by location and logistics provider).
- Direct Shipment from China Warehouse (for non-FBA regions): Estimated 15-35 business days (subject to logistics services, customs clearance, and local delivery efficiency).

Order Processing & Split Shipments
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Pre-order items or large items may require additional processing time. Please check the product details page for estimated shipping times.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year Sales), processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.
Split Shipment Policy
To ensure faster delivery and a better shopping experience, your order may be shipped in multiple packages under the following conditions:
- Items from different warehouses: If your order contains items from both FBA and China warehouses, they will be shipped separately.
- Pre-order items: In-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped separately once available.
- Special processing items: Large or specially packaged items may be shipped separately.
⚠ Note: There are no extra shipping fees for split shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the following platforms:
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing it and reorder with the correct details.
- For cancellations after 1 hour, a return shipping fee may apply.
- Once an order is in transit, modifications (e.g., address changes) are not possible.
Shipping Fees
- Orders over $20: Free Shipping
- Orders under $20: $5.99 Shipping Fee
Tax & Duties
Taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations:
- EU VAT: Orders shipped to VAT-applicable EU countries may be subject to VAT.
- USA: Some states may impose sales tax on imported goods.
- Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST.
⚠ Note: Any applicable taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Important Notices
- Incorrect address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the loss. KIWI design does not offer replacements or refunds.
- Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to the recipient’s failure to collect it, the customer bears the associated costs.
- No changes after shipping: Once an order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.
