I bought this for my son’s bday on the 11 th. It won’t charge or hold a charge anymore. Worked 2x and now it’s dead. Anything we can do here?

Bro its so good i can literally play forever because of the battery and the headstrap. I used to not being able to play for like 1,5hours because the old headstrap hurt so much but this kiwi one is sosososo goooooddd
