Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, the total of your order is going to be calculated according to the date your card issuer’s daily exchange rate processes the transaction.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Every major credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, VISA) as well as PayPal payments, are acceptable. We don’t accept cash on delivery, debit card payments, personal checks, direct bank transfers, or money orders.
How secure is my online order?
After purchasing online using your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Then, your information is SSL-encrypted and directly sent to the network of our credit card provider, where your card, as well as the transaction, is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We have the right, at any time upon the receipt of the order, to decline or accept the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion. We can do so even once the customer obtains an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, the amount will be credited back to the account via the original payment method.
Any cancellation that’s been made after an order's been placed is going to be subject to a USD 0.50 cancellation fee, no matter the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later), as the credit card/merchant processor charges us a fee for cancellations.
Kindly note that orders that have already been shipped or packed can’t be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Kindly be advised that your shipping address can’t be revised once the order’s been shipped or processed. Please update your address for shipping to your residential address instead of your vocational address, as we do not know how long the customs department destination will have the package on hold.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. After the order’s been shipped, we’ll send an email with the tracking information the next day, as tracking information normally becomes available 24 hours after we’ve shipped the order. We aren’t liable for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking information after your order’s been shipped. Normally, you’ll get the tracking number one day after the order has been shipped.
