Q:Is it non-slip?

A:it has rubber sponges like lining on the bottom of the base to keep it from slipping, I have found it to be a great headset holder for my Quest

Q:Will the vr stand fits Quest 2?

A:Yes, it works with the quest 2. I have the elite strap with battery upgrade and it fits perfect on the stand. The controllers also fit snug on the holders.
